Precoated roll forming is a Moheco specialty. Prefinishing
puts the color or finish on the product before it is formed,
minimizing handling, processing, and cost. Using prefinished
materials enables us to turn out finished metal products in a single
continuous operation.
Moheco operates roll forming machines with tooling designed
to work with pre-plated, pre-painted, pre-coated, electro-coated, anodized and pre-polished metals. We roll form pre-painted
and precoated aluminum, brass, copper, zinc, cold rolled steel,
hot-dipped galvanized steel and stainless steel, and can
accommodate coil widths up to 12". Our precoated roll forming
is done within a thickness range of .010" to .080". We also offer
PVC coatings to protect the surface of the parts from marks
and scratches.
Moheco secondary operations add value to our precoated
roll forming projects, while saving customers time and
transportation. Post-forming operations we offer include
punching, bending, slotting, notching, mitering, cut-to-length
and spot welding. We can also do perforating, embossing,
hole-making, cutouts and tabs.
