Moheco has produced trims and channels and other
components for the auto industry for more than 40 years.
Thanks to more than half-century’s experience in efficient
tool design, we can also roll form frame members, moonroof
reinforcement components, and a broad variety of U-channels,
C-channels, Hat channels and angles. Materials we roll form
include cold rolled steel, hot-dipped galvanized steel,
aluminum, brass, copper, and stainless steel;
from light (.010) to heavy gauges (.080).
Moheco works with automotive component suppliers to
eliminate production or assembly operations, often by
taking advantage of the fact that roll forming, by definition,
is also a “lean” material handling system that allows
secondary operations, such as pre-punching and notching,
to be performed easily.
These roll form advantages save time, transportation
and overall production costs. Automotive customers can
also eliminate finishing operations by having Moheco
roll form precoated material.

uniform for producing close-tolerance and complex shapes
